National Cybersecurity training program for CNIs

Overview

Cybersecurity is a critical concern for the functioning of the Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) in Bahrain. In recognition of this, the National Cybersecurity Center (NCSC) is continuously working towards building cybersecurity capacity for the CNI stakeholders through developing and implementing tailored training programs for government entities, private sector organizations, and individuals in the CNI sectors. These programs are designed to equip the cyber security professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to secure their systems and infrastructure against cyber threats.

Additionally, the NCSC is launching sector-specific cybersecurity initiatives that will address the unique cybersecurity challenges faced by each sector. These initiatives will enable the stakeholders to develop a coordinated approach to cybersecurity and enhance their preparedness and response capabilities against cyber threats.

The NCSC's initiatives to build cybersecurity capacity for the CNI stakeholders reflect its commitment to safeguarding the critical infrastructure of Bahrain. As such, the NCSC is investing significant resources to ensure that the stakeholders are equipped with the necessary tools and skills to defend against cyber threats and at the aim of fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness among the CNI stakeholders, which is critical for building a resilient and secure digital ecosystem.
