Artifact Analysis

The CSIRT can assess files or emails sent by our customers for analysis. The CSIRT analyzes the behavior of files in order to determine whether they are malicious or not. On the other hand, emails are analyzed to determine if they are legitimate and safe.

Reporting Suspicious Emails

Double Click on the email in
Outlook

Step 2
Outlook

Once the email is opened,
click “File” then “Save as”

Step 3

Name the “File”
and “Save” it

Attach the file and send email
With Subject line "Suspicious email"

Download and install
7zip from https://www.7-zip.org/

Step 2
Outlook

Right-click on the suspicious file
and click “Add to archive…”

Step 3
Outlook

In the new popup window click "Set Password"
and write "malware" in the password field.
All lower-case and without the quotation marks

Step 4

Attach the file and send email
With Subject line "Suspicious file"
