
Artifact Analysis
The CSIRT can assess files or emails sent by our customers for analysis. The CSIRT analyzes the behavior of files in order to determine whether they are malicious or not. On the other hand, emails are analyzed to determine if they are legitimate and safe.

Reporting Suspicious Emails
- Step 1
Double Click on the email in Outlook
- Step 2
Once the email is opened, click “File” then “Save as”
- Step 3
Name the “File” and “Save” it
- Step 4
Attach the file and send email With Subject line "Suspicious email"
Reporting Suspicious Files
- Step 1
Download and install 7zip from https://www.7-zip.org/
- Step 2
Right-click on the suspicious file and click “Add to archive…”
- Step 3
In the new popup window click "Set Password" and write "malware"in the password field. All lower-case and without the quotation marks
- Step 4
Attach the file and send email With Subject line "Suspicious file"
