The NCSC Participates in the Regional Cybersecurity Week
The National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) participated in the 13th Regional Cybersecurity Week, held in Rabat, Morocco. This reflects the NCSC’s ongoing commitment to contributing actively at the regional and international levels.
His Excellency Sheikh Salman bin Mohammed AlKhalifa, CEO of the NCSC, led the Center’s delegation. His Excellency emphasized the Center’s participation reflects its role as a key partner in building a safer cyber environment. He also reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening its readiness to address the rapidly evolving challenges in the digital space.
The five-day Regional Cybersecurity Week brought together decision-makers, experts, and professionals in the field. The event featured panel discussions and training workshops focused on the exchange of knowledge and best practices. Key topics included the protection of critical infrastructure, cloud security, and the role of emerging technologies, with particular emphasis on artificial intelligence, in strengthening the security and sustainability of cyberspace.
The NCSC’s participation in this regional event represents a pivotal step towards strengthening cooperation and exchanging best practices among the participating countries. The NCSC remains committed to strengthening its national readiness, broadening its international partnerships, and adopting the latest cybersecurity technologies and solutions. These efforts contribute to protecting the digital space of the Kingdom of Bahrain and supporting the stability of digital infrastructure at both the national and international levels.
