The National Cyber Security Center (NCSC), in collaboration with the Nasser Centre for Science and Technology and CREST (Council of Registered Ethical Security Testers), successfully concluded the Cyber Accelerated Maturity Programme. This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of companies and service providers through specialized, advanced training. By fostering greater efficiency and expertise, the program supports the Kingdom’s cybersecurity readiness, as well as to keep pace with the rapid developments in the cybersecurity sector.

The Nasser Centre for Science and Technology has become the first accredited training partner in the Gulf region to offer CREST cybersecurity training programs. Several prominent local companies have taken part in these programs, such as Beyon Cyber, STC Bahrain, NGN International, Quantic Bahrain and ZenData.

CREST held a ceremony to honor the NCSC, granting it official authorization as a governmental entity to provide local cybersecurity support. This milestone represents a key step in strengthening national cybersecurity capabilities and enhancing the Kingdom’s overall cybersecurity readiness. By contributing to the development of a secure and sustainable digital environment, this initiative supports the Kingdom’s efforts to elevate its regional and global standing in the cybersecurity landscape.
