The NCSC Enhances Cybersecurity Readiness for New E-Government Applications

His Excellency Sheikh Salman bin Mohammed AlKhalifa, CEO of the National Cyber Security Center (NCSC), honored members of the NCSC who participated in enhancing cybersecurity readiness and ensuring data protection for new e-government applications. These applications include MyGov and eKey 2.0.

The NCSC played a pivotal role in strengthening the security of new e-government applications by implementing the highest cybersecurity standards and ensuring compliance with international best practices. To further enhance user security, the NCSC conducted advanced security testing to bolster cyber readiness, strengthened protection systems against cyber threats, applied ETSI standards, ensured reliable digital identity management to safeguard the confidentiality of citizens’ and residents’ data.  

The NCSC affirmed its ongoing commitment to enhancing the security of new e-government and advancing cybersecurity strategies based on the latest technologies and global standards, ensuring a secure and reliable digital environment for all users.
