The NCSC Conducts an Awareness Lecture for Cineco
The National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) conducted an awareness lecture for members of the Cineco company as part of its ongoing efforts to raise cybersecurity awareness and promote a secure digital environment within private institutions.
The lecture addressed the importance of cybersecurity within institutions by adopting preventative measures, applying effective implementation strategies, and establishing mechanisms to address common cyber threats that may affect film production companies. Real examples of cybersecurity incidents and response strategies were presented to help participants recognize potential threats their institution might encounter. The session also emphasized their role in protecting the institution from cyber threats and risks, while applying cybersecurity best practices.
As part of the ongoing collaboration between the NCSC and Cineco, the cinema company began displaying cybersecurity awareness messages on its screens from February until the end of the year to promote cybersecurity among employees and cinema visitors.
