Overview

In light of the current regional developments, the NCSC recommends following the attached recommendations and emphasizes the importance of promptly reporting any detected suspicious activities to ensure effective response.

The NCSC also highly recommends ensuring the following security measures are fully implemented.

Mitigation and Immediate Actions

    Ensuring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and strong passwords are enforced.

    Ensuring regular backup of important data.

  3. 03

    Ensuring patching is automated and all systems and server components are updated.

    Immediately report any detected suspicious cyber activities to the Cyber Monitoring Team by calling 88881 or via email at CERT@NCSC.GOV.BH.
